细辛类药材挥发油薄层层析比较 |

提要 为给细辛类药材的鉴别提供依据，采用薄层层析 法比较了细辛类药材挥发油的化学成分。发现正品细辛地上部分与对应地下部分挥发油的薄 层层析图谱仅稍有差异；汉城细辛挥发油的薄层层析图谱与北细辛相似，与华细辛区别较大 ；细辛类药材挥发油的薄层层析图谱在种内有较好的稳定性，种间差别明显。表明正品细辛 地上部分与相应地下部分挥发油的化学成分组成相似；该方法可用于细辛类药材的种间鉴别 。

Comparative Study on the TLC Chromatograms of Essential Oil of Herba Asari

Abstract OBJECTIVE: To identify medicinal herbs of He rba Asari and compare the components of essential oil which collected from diffe rent parts of Herba Asari.METHOD: TLC. RESULT: There is only a little difference on the TLC chromatograms of essential oil between the aerial part and undergrou nd part of Herba Asari. The TLC chromatogram of Hancheng-Xixin is more similar t o Bei-Xixin than Hua-Xixin; they are different among species and stable among sa mples in a species. CONCLUSIONS: The components of essential oil between the aer ial part and underground part are similar. The method can be used to identify th e medicinal herbs of Herba Asari.

细辛品种繁多、外形相似，同名异物、同物异名现象严重，给鉴别、收购及临床应用等方面 带来诸多问题。同时，细辛解放前用根部，现用全草［1］。为保证用药安全有效， 对细辛各部位的化学成分进行比较是必要的。为寻找一种简便易行的鉴别方法，并对细辛不 同用药部位所含挥发油成分进行初步比较，作者对细辛类药材的挥发油进行了薄层层析比较 。
1 材料与试剂
2.1 材料：原植物种类及来源见表1，样品均经杨春 澍教授鉴定。
