浅论孟鲁司特合博利康尼防治儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘 |

【摘要】 目的： 观察孟鲁司特联合博利康尼治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法：对照组40例给予博利康尼片口服，治疗组40例口服博利康尼片加用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片。两组咳嗽症状消失后均停用博利康尼片，治疗组继续服用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片，总疗程8周。停药后随访9个月，观察咳嗽复发、哮喘转化及不良反应情况。结果：治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);在咳嗽症状复发数、典型哮喘转化率和不良反应方面，治疗组均比对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论：孟鲁司特联合博利康尼治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效好，副作用少。

Montelukast Combined with Turbutaline to Treat Cough Variant Asthma in Children YANG Fang,et al.The Third Hospital Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical College,Wenzhou(325200),China
Abstract Objective:To study the efficacy of montelukast combined with turbutaline on the prevention of cough variant asthma in children.Methods:Forty patients were treated with turbutaline and montelukast sodium chewable tablets.Another 40 patients who were taken turbutaline orally served as control.After symptoms disappearing,turbutaline treatment was ceased in both groups and montelukast administration continued till the eighth week.Recurrence of cough,asthma conversion and adverse events had been followed up for 9 months.Results:The therapeutic efficacy in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrent rate of cough,asthma conversion and adverse events were less in the treatment group than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast c[1] [2] [3] [4] 下一页
