切断下丘脑漏斗后对主动脉壁的影响

  【摘要】 目的 探讨下丘脑对血管调控的路径。 方法 将18只Wistar大鼠分成实验组和对照组,实验组12只,对照组6只。实验组行手术切断漏斗,对照组行手术暴露但不切断漏斗,手术后2d,两组动物移至同一条件下饲养,存活30d后用1%多聚甲醛+1.25%戊二醛液从心脏灌流固定,取主动脉作光、电镜观察。 结果 切断下丘脑与垂体的联系后,血管内皮细胞变性,细胞核肿胀,内皮下层增厚并出现许多大小不一的空泡,肌内皮连结受到破坏,受损处可见胶原纤维增生;对照组血管壁结构完整,没有发现任何病理变化。 结论 血管内膜的完整性依赖于下丘脑的正常调控,这种调控作用主要通过下丘脑-垂体通路来实现。

THE EFFECT OF CUTTING INFUNDIBULUM ON THE WALL OF AORTA

  【Abstract】 Objective To study the passage of the regular control of the hypothalamus to blood vessel.Methods Twelve Wistar rats were used as experimental group and six as cotrol group.The experimental group was given an operation of cutting infundibulum and the contol group was given an exposure of not cutting the infundibulum.Both groups were raised under similar condition.After surviving for 30 days,the animals were killed and specimens from aorta were taken and observed under light and electron microscope.Results After cutting infundibulum,the degeneration of endothelial cells with edematous nucleus could be seen.There were vesicles of various sizes in the thickened subendothelial tissue.The proliferative collagenous fibers were aslo observed around ruptured myo-endothelial junction.The structure of the control group remained intact.Conclusion This study indicated that the intact of endothelium might be dependent on the regular control of the hypothalamus,which is realized by the passage from hypothalamus to hypophyis.

  下丘脑是神经内分泌中枢,对机体许多功能具有调控作用。神经内分泌因素对动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)形成的影响曾有过报道[1],近年来我们和其他学者对AS大鼠下丘脑核团神经元的形态学和肽能神经元的改变作了系列报道[2~5]。新近研究结果还表明:毁损下丘脑弓状核后,周围血管内皮细胞发生典型的AS早期病变,说明下丘脑弓状核与AS的形成具有一定影响。但下丘脑弓状核对AS形成的影响作用是通过何种路径实现的?到目前为止的研究还难以肯定,也未见文献报道,因此,本研究拟用手术切断下丘脑与垂体的联系——漏斗,来观察周围主动脉壁的变化,探讨下丘脑-垂体
