芪甲扶正胶囊辅助化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

【摘要】  　　目的 观察芪甲扶正胶囊辅助化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的临床疗效。方法 将50例NSCLC随机分为2组。治疗组30例，予芪甲扶正胶囊辅助化疗治疗；对照组20例，予单纯化疗治疗。2组疗程均2个月。分别观察治疗前后病灶大小及化疗的的毒副反应。结果 2组实体瘤近期疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,但2组治疗前后生活质量(KPS)评分及化疗毒副反应比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 芪甲扶正胶囊与化疗联用能提高NSCLC患者的生活质量，减轻化疗的毒副反应。

　　Observation of Qijiafuzheng capsule assisted with chemotherapy on the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

　　【Abstract】  Objective  To observe the effect of Qijiafuzheng capsule assisted with chemotherapy on the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods  The procedure is to divide 50 patients suffering from NSCLC randomly into two groups. Patients in treatment group (30 cases) were4 treated with chemotherapy plus Qijiafuzheng capsule, 4 pills, three times a day. Patients in the control group (20 cases) were treated with single-chemotherapy. The period of treatment was two months in two groups. The size of disease focus and the toxicity of chemotherapy response were observed. Results  The toxicity of chemotherapy in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Score of life quality in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment (P<0.05).There was no difference between two groups on effect for solid tumor (P>0.05). Conclusion  The combination of Qijiafuzheng capsule and chemotherapy can improve the quality of life of patients with NSCLC and relieve the toxicity of chemotherapy.
