母鸡输卵管蛋白分泌部交感节后神经元支配的逆行追踪研究 |

【摘要】 目的 探明支配母鸡输卵管蛋白分泌部的交感节后神经元位置。 方法 将CB-HRP注入蛋白分泌部壁内，进行逆行追踪研究。 结果 交感节后神经元的胞体位于双侧C12～LS13交感干神经节、内脏神经节和肾上腺神经节，在交感链上标记细胞形成两个相对集中分布区，分别位于T5～LS2和LS8～LS11。肠神经直肠段出现大量标记细胞。T5～T7、LS10～LS12髓节的腹前核出现少量标记细胞，而在Terni柱未见标记细胞。 结论 虽然鸡输卵管仅左侧发育成熟，但接受双侧交感神经的支配；蛋白分泌部还接受肠神经的支配，其性质未定；脊髓Terni柱内无长突型交感节前神经元直接伸达蛋白分泌部。

STUDY ON SYMPATHETIC POSTGANGLIONIC NEURONAL
INNERVATION OF ALBUMIN SECRETING PART OF
UTERIN TUBE IN HENS WITH RETROGRADE
TRACING METHOD

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the distribution of the sympathetic postganglionic neurons innervating the albumin secreting part of uterin tube (ASPUT)in hens.Methods CB-HRP was injected into the wall of the ASPUT of hens to retrograde trace the sympathetic postganglionic neurons.Results Cell bodies of the sympathetic postganglionic neurons were distributed in the C12～LS13 segments of the sympathetic trunk,the splanchnic ganglia and the adrenal ganglia.In the sympathetic trunk,a good lot of labelled neurons were accummulated in the segments T5～LS2 and LS8～LS11.There were a large number of neurons in the intestinal nerve of Remak.The labelled neurons were not found in Terni s column,while there were a few labelled neurons in ventral gray column in the segments T5～T7 and LS10～LS12.Conclusion The hen s ASPUT was bilaterally innervated with the sympathetic nerve,although it was the unilateral organ.The ASPUT was also innervated with the intestinal nerve of Remak.There was no sympathetic preganglionic neurons with long axons distributing the ASPUT in Terni s column of the spinal cord.
