The Study of Simvastatin and Monopril Treatment Hypertension

( Departmen of Cardiology, The First People’s Hospital of Foshan, Foshau 528000, China)Abstract: Objective To study the antihypertensive and preventive effects of the coronary heart disease by combining with simvastatin and monopril in grade 1 hypertensive patients.Methods 62 patients were randomized to receive simvastatin(combination with simvastatin 20 mg, q.n and monopril 10 mg/d) group or monopril (10 mg/d) group for 12 months. the following 12th month. The 24hour ambulatory blood pressure and accepted the treadmill exercise test was observed after 1 year.Results The blood pressure was decreased significantly after 2 weeks of treatment. The reduction of the blood pressure had not any statistical significance between two groups(P＞0.05). The positive rate of treadmill exercise test of simvastatin group was significantly lower than that of monopril group(P＜0.01) .Conclusion The combination with simvastatin and monopril was not only to treat the grade 1&n[1] [2] [3] [4] 下一页
