等来作为固定材料，对于粉碎程度过大的骨折，不合理的固定反而造成肘关节的病废，如未伴肘关节内侧副韧带损伤肘关节脱位或其它肘部损伤，桡骨小头切除可能是一个更合理的选择，如需重建关节稳定，应考虑行桡骨小头假体置换。
