【摘要】 目的 研究表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)在妊娠滋养细胞疾病中的表达，探讨EGFR对预测葡萄胎恶变的价值。方法 采用免疫组化方法，检测石蜡包埋的105例妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤组织和20例正常早孕绒毛组织EGFR蛋白表达水平。结果 在合体滋养层，妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤组织和正常早孕绒毛组织均强表达EGFR蛋白;在细胞滋养层，正常早孕绒毛、非恶变组葡萄胎的EGFR蛋白表达高于恶变组葡萄胎、侵蚀性葡萄胎和绒癌的表达(P <0.05, P <0.05, P<0.05);而恶变组的EGFR蛋白表达强于侵蚀性葡萄胎和绒癌的表达(P <0.05, P<0.05);EGFR蛋白表达在侵蚀性葡萄胎和绒癌之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 EGFR表达降低在妊娠滋养细胞疾病发生发展过程中起重要作用，并有可能成为预测葡萄胎恶变的一项新的指标。 谢玲(1973～)，女，汉族，安徽籍，主治医师

INVESTIGATION INTO THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEENTHE EXPRESSION OF EPIDERMAL GROWTH FACTORRECEPTOR AND GESTATIONAL TROPHOBLASTIC DISEASE.Xie Ling (Department of Gynecology ， Women and Children Hospital)Abstract Objective To investigate the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD) and its value in the prognosis of hydatidiformmole. Methods 105 cases of GTD tissues and 20 cases of normal chorion villi specimens were examined by immunohistochemical techniques using EGFR monoclonal antibody. Results Stain for EGFR was detected in all cell types of trophoblasts in GTD tissues and normal chorion villi. In syncytiotrophoblasts (ST)，expression of EGFR protein were strong in GTD tissues and normal chorion villi，and there was no significant differences observed among them.In cytotrophoblasts (CT)，expression of EGFR protein was significantly higher in normal chorion villi and non-malignant transforming groups (NMTG) as compared to those in malignant transforming groups (MTG)，invasive hydatidiformmole and choriocarcinoma (P<0.05， P<0.05，and P<0.05，respectively).Furthermore，expression of EGFR protein was significantly higher in MTG as compared with that of invasive hydatidiform mole and choriocarcinoma groups(P<0.05, and P<0.05, respectively).There was no significant difference in EGFR protein expression between invasive hydatidiform mole and choriocarcinoma groups(P>0.05).Size of the uterus and presence of the lute [1] [2] [3] [4] 下一页
