锁定接骨板在肱骨近端骨折治疗中的应用 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨肱骨近端锁定接骨板在肱骨近端骨折治疗中的应用和临床疗效。方法 自2005年8月至2006年10月，应用锁定接骨板治疗36 例肱骨近端骨折患者，其中男性13 例，女性23 例；年龄35～70 岁，平均50.5 岁。根据Neer分类，二部分骨折13 例，三部分骨折15 例，四部分骨折8 例。结果 随访12～15个月，平均13.3个月，骨折平均愈合时间7.6周。根据Constant评分，优良率为88.9％。结论 锁定接骨板治疗肱骨近端骨折具有操作简单、固定稳定、骨折愈合率高、并发症少等优点，尤其适合肱骨近端复杂骨折的治疗。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application and clinical result of the treatment of proximal humerus fracture with the proximal humerus locking plate.Methods Tirtysix patients (13 male，23 female) with proximal humerus fracture were treated with a LPHP from August 2005 to October 2006.The average age of patients was 50.5 years old (from 35 to 70 years old).According to Neer classification，13 cases were twopart fracture，15 cases were threepart fracture and 8 cases were fourpart fracture.Results All the cases were followed up for 6～26 months (mean，13.3 months).The average bone union time was 7.6 weeks.According to the Constant scoring system，The excellent and good rate&[1] [2] [3] [4] [5] 下一页
