摘要：外加24-表油菜素内酯(24-epiBL) 无论在光下或暗中均可促进盐藻细胞分裂数的增加，激动素只在光下具有这种作用。外界Ca2+浓度升高时，24-epiBL促进细胞分裂的效果更为明显，而EGTA可以抑制24-epiBL引起的促进作用。Verapamil、W7、环己酰亚胺均可抑制盐藻细胞分裂。Ca2+载体A23187在低浓度(0.25μmol/L)时具有促进分裂的作用。可以认为24-epiBL对低等单细胞藻类具有生理作用，并且，其促进盐藻细胞分裂的机制与激动素是不同的，它不仅与Ca2+有关，而且与钙调素也有较密切的关系。

24-epibrassinolide Promoting the Cell Division of Dunaliella salina Relation to Ca2+ and Calmodulin

Abstract：24-epibrassinolide was found to promote the cell division of Dunaliella salina,at a concentration as low as 0.005mg/L, with an optimal concentration at about 0.5mg/L(Fig.1). In contrast to kinetin,which is effective only in light, 24-epiBL could promote cell division both in light and in the dark(Fig.3). With Ca2+, EGTA, A23187, and Verapamil we found that the promoting of cell division by 24-epiBL was related to Ca2+ and Ca2+ channel. The depression effect of W7 indicates that the cell division of Dunaliella salina relates to calmodulin (CaM) (Fig.9). These results may indicate that 24-epiBL could promote cell division of Dunaliella salina and has a different way from kinetin. Moreover, 24-epiBL has its effect on the cell division through increasing cytoplasm Ca2+ concentration.The results also imply that 24-epiBL regulated cell division through its effect on protein synthesis.

24-表油菜素内酯（24-epibrassinolide,24-epiBL）为油菜素甾醇类（brassinosteroids，BR）物质，这类物质在植物的生长发育过程中起着极为重要的作用，它们可以诱导绿豆上胚轴和黄瓜下胚轴的伸长，促进花粉管的生长，抑制根的生长，促进水稻谷粒的成熟等。自Grove等（1979）提取并鉴定了油菜素内酯的结构以来，人们相继在40种植物体中得到BR（Sakurai和Fujioka 1993，Sasse 1997），其中不仅有被子植物和裸子植物，也有低等植物的绿藻类，并且在植物的茎、叶、花和种子等器官中都发现了BR（Arteca 1995），可见它们在植物界中的分布是很广泛的。目前，已从自然界中分离和人工合成了60多种油菜素甾醇类化合物（Kim 1991 ）。
