高通量透析对维持性透析患者血尿酸 尿素氮及肌酐的影响

【摘要】目的:比较高通量透析(F60)及常规透析(F7)对透析患者血尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)及肌酐(CREA)的影响。方法:选择我院门诊50例尿毒症维持性常规血液透析患者,随机分成高通量透析组和常规透析组,每组25例。分别采用透析器F60及 F7进行透析治疗,比较2组患者UA、BUN、及 CREA的清除率、下降率及尿素清除指数(KT/V);6个月后检测并比较两组患者治疗前后UA、BUN及CREA变化。结果:(1)高通量透析及常规透析UA、BUN及CREA清除率、下降率及(KT/V)比较,所有结果无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)经高通量透析及常规透析6个月后UA、BUN及CREA与透析前比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论:高通量透析对尿毒症患者UA、BUN及CREA等小分子尿毒症毒素清除效果与常规透析比较无明显差异。

  Efficiency of highflux dialyzers on clearance of blood uric acid, urea nitrogen and creatinine in maintenance hemodialysis

  [ABSTRACT] Objective: To compare the efficiency of highflux dialyzers (F60) and conventional dialyzers (F7) on clearance of blood uric acid (UA), urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (CREA). Methods: Fifty patients that underwent maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into highflux dialyzers group and conventional dialyzers group by half, which underwent dialyzers with F60 and F7 dialyzator separately. Compare the clearance rate and reduction rate of UA, BUN, CREA and KT/Vurea ratio of BUN between the two groups, as well as UA, BUN and Crea levels within each group before and after a course of 6 month treatment.Results: (1)The clearance, reduction and KT/Vurea of UA, BUN and CREA of the two groups were not significantly different from each other (P>0.05); (2) Six months later, no significant difference of UA, BUN or CREA levels were observed in neither groups compared with that before the treatment (P>0.05). Conclusions: The efficiency of F60 dialyzator and conventional dialyzator (F7) on clearance of blood uric acid (UA), urea nitrogen (BUN) and CREA is similar.
