【摘要】目的：观察铝碳酸镁联用兰索拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床效果及安全性。方法：将84例胃溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例，两组均先给予幽门螺杆菌(H.Pylori)根除三联疗法。第2周后，治疗组在服用兰索拉唑的同时加用铝碳酸镁;对照组仅服兰索拉唑。两组均连服8周为1疗程。结果：治疗组和对照组的痊愈率分别为59.5%和28.6%，两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)，治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为90.5%和69.1%，两者比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。未见明显药物不良反应。结论：铝碳酸镁联用兰索拉唑治疗胃溃疡的疗效显著优于单用兰索拉唑。

Effect of treating gastric ulcer with hydrotalcite and lansoprazole

[ABSTRACT] Objective: To observe the clinical effect and safety of treating gastric ulcer with hydrotalcite and lansoprazole. Methods: Eighty-four patients with gastric ulcer were divided randomly into trial group (n=42) and control group (n=42); triple therapies underwent firstly for the eradication of helicobacter pylori in the two groups, from the second week on, patients in the trial group were treated with hydrotalcite and lansoprazole simultaneously, patients in the control group were treated with lansoprazole alone. The therapeutic course was 8 weeks. Results: The cured rate in trial group and control group were 59.5% and 28.6% respectively; there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effectual rate in trial group and control group were 90.5% and 69.1% respectively; there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). No overt side effects occurred. Conclusion: Treating gastric ulcer with hydrotalcite and lansoprazole has better effect than that using lansoprazole alone.

胃溃疡是一种常见病、多发病，其特点为慢性、易反复、并发症多。治疗胃溃疡的药物很多，按其功效主要分为“攻击因子”和加强“防卫因子”两大类。铝碳酸镁(商品名：达喜)是抗酸、抗胆汁的胃黏膜保护剂，有增强胃黏膜保护因子的作用。自2006年12月～2007年11月，采用铝碳酸镁联用兰索拉唑治疗胃溃疡42例，取得满意疗效，现报道如下。
1 对象与方法
