可吸收螺钉治疗胫骨平台骨折30例

【摘要】  目的 可吸收螺钉治疗胫骨平台骨折中的临床应用研究。方法 本组患者30例，所有病例采用不同长度可吸收螺钉内固定。结果 术后随访5～23个月（平均11个月），30例全部骨性愈合，无切口感染及过敏排斥反应。疗效参照Merchant标准［1］，按照功能、疼痛程度、步态、膝关节稳定程度、活动范围5个项目给予评分，优18例，良9例，可3例。结论 可吸收螺钉治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效确切，生物相容性好。

    Absorbable screws on tibial plateau fracture

     ［Abstract］  Objective  To observe absorbable screw for the treatment of tibial plateau fracture in the clinical study.Methods  The medical records of 23 cases of boys and 7 female patients who were  16～64 years old （average age was 36.3 years），were done all cases used different length absorbable screw fixation.Results  The patients were followed up 5～23 months （mean follow-up was 11 months），all 30 patients were with bone healing，without exclusion，wound infection and allergic reaction.According to merchant standard of reference，with the function，pain，gait，knee stability，the scope of activities to score:18 cases were excellent，9 cases were good，three cases were common.Conclusion  Aabsorbable screw for the treatment is tibial plateau fracture of precise and had good biocompatibility.

    胫骨平台骨折是常见的关节内骨折，治疗方法多种多样，临床上多以手术为主，我科自1999年12月～2005年12月，使用可吸收螺钉作为内固定材料，共治疗30例胫骨平台骨折患者，取得了良好的效果，现报告如下。

    1  资料与方法

    1.1  一般资料  本组患者30例，男23例，女7例，年龄16～64岁（平均36.3岁），闭合性骨折24例，开放性骨折6例，合并髌骨骨折5例，半月板损伤3例。致伤原因：车祸伤18例，坠落伤5例，刀砍伤4例，其他的2例。骨折类型Schatzker［2］分类分有：Ⅰ型5例，Ⅱ型9例，Ⅲ型7例，Ⅳ、Ⅴ型各2
