不同方法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效分析 |

re collected and statistically analyzed.Results All the cases were followed up for 5～36 months (mean 9 months) after operation，the excellent and good rate in A group，B group and C group were 66.7％、78.5％ and 94.1％ respectively.there was significant difference between Gamma nail group and anatomic plate group；in the three groups，amount of blood loss，average operation time were statistically different (P＜0.05).there is no significant difference in hospitalization time in the three groups.Conclusion Gamma nail comparing with the DHS and anatomic plate is the best internal fixation device for femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the aged people，its advantage is simple manipulation，shorter operative time and clinical healing time，firmer fixation and fewer blood loss；and DHS for some cases of type A1 fracture is satisfactory also.

股骨粗隆间骨折为老年人常见骨折，切开复位内固定的手术治疗已成为一种积极有效的治疗措施。但老年股骨粗隆间骨折的患者常合并严重的内科疾患，脏器功能常有所减退，手术患者耐受性差，较大创伤及较长时间的手术相关并发症较高［1，2］。因此根据老年患者的创伤特点，做好围手术期处理的同时选择创伤较小，有效固定，操作更简单且能够早期功能锻炼的手术方式尤为重要。为了探讨治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折安全有效的内固定方法及其疗效，我们对采用手术治疗的55 例老年粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾，现总结如下。
1 临床资料
