澳能乳膏治疗6种皮肤病临床疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 观察澳能乳膏对慢性湿疹，神经性皮炎等6种皮肤病的临床疗效。方法 采用随机、开放、无对照的方法，每日早晚各1次外用澳能乳膏（内含0.05%卤米松，由香港澳美制药有限公司生产的强效局部皮质类固醇制剂）。薄涂于患处，轻轻揉擦片刻，每天用药，观察2周。结果 通过本组病人疗效观察痊愈+显效率分别为慢性湿疹89.28%，神经性皮炎93.75%，皮肤淀粉样变33.33%，脂溢性皮炎78.57%，接触性皮炎80.95%，结节性痒疹40.00%;6种皮肤病总有效率为100%。结论 澳能乳膏对神经性皮炎、慢性湿疹、接触性皮炎、脂溢性皮炎效果为最佳。该药治疗此类皮肤病具有起效快、疗程短、疗效好的特点，在一定时间内用药未见不良反应，对该药长期疗效和副作用，尚需要进一步观察。

    【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the clinical therapeutic effects of Aoneng cream on six kinds of dermatoses such as chronic eczema and neurodermatitis.Methods To rub Aoneng cream for external use（a kind of local cortical steroid pharmaceutics with strong effect containing0.5%lumisong manufactured by Hong Kong Aomei Ltd.）over affected parts by the way of randomization，open and non-contrast twice a day for two weeks.Results According to observation of clinical therapeutic effect in this group，effective rate of chronic eczema，neurodermatitis，amyloidosis of skin，seborrhea dermatitis，contact dermatitis，prurigo nudularis are89.2%，93.75%，33.33%，78.57%，80.95%and40.00%respecˉtively.Total effective rate is83.50%.Conclusion Above research and results illustrate that Aoneng is the most effective cream to treat neurodermatitis，chronic eczema，contact dermatitis and seborrhea dermatitis，with the characteristics of short course of treatment and good curative effect.There is no adverse reactions in limited periods，while we need observe its long-term therapy and side effects.
