【摘要】 目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与大肠癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:免疫组化法检测61例大肠癌组织中HIF-1α及VEGF蛋白表达,并与15例正常大肠组织比较。 结果:大肠癌组织中HIF-1α和VEGF的阳性表达率分别为54.10%(33/61)和62.30%(38/61)，均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);两者呈正相关(r=0.505,P<0.05);Dukes分期中的表达存在显著差异(P<0.05);组织学分级中的表达则无差异性(P>0.05)。 结论:HIF-1α及VEGF在肿瘤血管生成和转移中起重要作用，联合检测 HIF-1α和VEGF可作为判断大肠癌转移潜能和预后的重要指标。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α ) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and their clinicopathological characteristics in colorectal carcinomas.Methods The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in 61 colorectal carcinomas and 15 normal colorectal tissues was determined by using immunohistochemical SP method.Results The average positive rate of HIF-1α and VEGF was 54.10%(33/61) and 62.30%(38/61),in colorectal carcinomas,respectively,which was significantly higher than those in normal colorectal tissues(P<0.05).There was a direct correlation between the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in colorectal carcinomas(r=0.505,P<0.05).Both HIF-1α and VEGF were associated with Dukes stage in colorectal carcinomas (P<0.05).However,there was no correlation between the expression of HIF-1α,VEGF and histological stage(P>0.05).Conclusion Both HIF-1α and VEGF may play important roles in the carcinogenesis and aggression in colorectal carcinomas.Both HIF-1α and VEGF may be useful markers to evaluate the potential metastasis and prognosis of colorectal carcinomas.
