高压氧联合精制蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗脑梗死 |

摘要 为比较高压氧联合精制蝮蛇抗栓酶(Ahalysantinfarctasum, Svate-Ⅲ)与单纯用Svate-Ⅲ治疗脑梗死的效果，对112例确诊为脑梗死的住院患者为治疗组，采用高压氧联合Svate-Ⅲ治疗，至少10次。同时随机抽取同期确诊为脑梗死的住院患者100例为对照组，在一般治疗基础上单纯采用Svate-Ⅲ溶栓治疗。通过对治愈率、有效率及血液流变学变化的观察对2组的疗效进行对比。结果：治疗组的有效率为95.5%，治愈率为64.3%，与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P＜0.01)；治疗后治疗组的全血粘度，血浆粘度，红细胞刚性指数，血浆纤维蛋白原均低于对照组，差异有非常显著性(P＜0.01)。提示高压氧联合Svate-Ⅲ治疗提高了急性期及康复期脑梗死患者的治愈率及有效率，使生活质量提高、康复时间缩短、并发症减少，值得临床推广运用。

Therapeutic Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen combined with Ahalysantinfarctasum in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction.

Abstract In order to compare the therapeutic effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with ahalysantinfarctasum (Svate-Ⅲ) with Svate-Ⅲ alone in the treatment of cerebral infarction, 112 confirmed inpatients with cerebral infarction as treated group received a combined treatment of hyperbaric oxygen plus Svate-Ⅲ for at least one duration, while another 100 confirmed inpatients with cerebral infarction at the same time served as control group. The therapeutic effects including cured rate, effective rate and the changes in blood rheology were compared between the two groups. The results showed that in the treated group the cured rate and effective rate were significantly higher than in the control group (P＜0.01). After treatment, total blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte index and plasma fibrinogen in the treated group were lower than in the control group (P＜0.01). It was suggested that the combined treatment of hyperbaric oxygen with Svate-Ⅲ enhanced the cured rate and effective rate of the patients with cerebral infarction at acute and rehabilitation stages, improved life quality and shortened the rehabilitation time and decreased the complications.
