微创经皮肾镜取石术并发症的原因探讨 |

[摘要] 目的 分析经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)与经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TVP)术中、术后常见并发症的原因、预防及治疗,提高手术安全性和有效性。方法 回顾性分析1999年5月~2006年6月我院TURP和TVP术48例并发症患者的临床资料。结果 平均手术时间75 min,平均切除组织41 g。术中、术后出血20例,电切综合征(TURS)5例,暂时性尿失禁11例,膀胱颈部挛缩5例,尿道狭窄8例,尿路感染7例,膀胱穿孔1例。结论 TURP和TVP是良性前列腺增生症安全有效的外科治疗方法,术前详细采集病史,术中正确操作,术后对病人正确指导及处理可有效减少手术并发症。

Analysis of 48 cases of complications of transurethral resection of the prostate and transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate
[Abstract] Objective To analyze the reason,prevention and treatment of the common complications during and after transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP) and transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate(TVP),and to further improve the efficacy and safety of these procedures.Methods Data of 48 cases of complications of TURP and TVP from May 1999 to Jun 2006 in our hospital was reviewed retrospectively.Results The mean operative time was 75min,and the mean weight of the resected tissue was 41g.20 cases suffered bleeding,5 cases suffered transurethral resection syndrome(TURS),11 cases suffered transient urinary incontinence,5 cases suffered bladder neck contracture,8 cases suffered urethral stricture,7 cases suffered urinary tract infection,1 case suffered bladder perforation.Conclusion TURP and TVP are safe and effective surgical treatment methods for symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia.Complications of TURP and TVP could be prevented effectively by certain measurements.

经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)作为治疗良性前列腺增生症的金标准已在我国各级医疗单位广泛开展,但某些术中、术后的严重并发症影响着这项技术在基层单位的进一步普及。1999年5月~2006年6月我院施行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)和经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TVP)发生并发症48例,现对其原因及预防、治疗进行分析,报告如下。
1 资料与方法
