【摘要】 目的 观察补肾活血方联合热敏灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。 方法 将81例患者随机分为两组。治疗组40例采用补肾活血方联合热敏灸治疗，对照组41例口服塞来昔布200 mg，每天2次。两组均连续治疗12周，分别于治疗前、治疗4周、8周、12周计算中医证候疗效评分、Lysholm 膝关节功能评分、随访1年观察病情复发情况以及评价临床疗效。结果 治疗组40例，临床疗效总有效率为80.00%;对照组41例，临床总有效率为39.02%，治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组中医证候疗效比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)，治疗组优于对照组。治疗4周、8周、12周治疗组Lysholm 膝关节功能评分改善明显优于对照组。随访1年，治疗组病例复发率较低，未见不良反应。结论 补肾活血方联合热敏灸治疗膝骨性关节炎具有明显的临床疗效，是一种治疗膝骨性关节炎较好的方法。

Clinical research of the treatment of Bushen Huoxue formula combined with moxa
stick moxibustion for patients with knee osteoarthritis

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect and safety of Bushen Huoxue formula combined with moxa stick moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis.Methods 81 cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Treatment group was given Bushen Huoxue formula combined with moxa stick moxibustion,while the control group was given celecoxib capsules.The course was 12 weeks.The scores of TCM syndromes symptoms and Lysholm scores were observed before and post treatment for 4,8 and 12 weeks.All the patients were follow up for one year recurrence rate to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results The effect rate were 80.00% and 39.02% in treatment group and control group respectively. The effect of treatment group was better than control group(P<0.01).There was significant difference between the two groups on the scores of TCM syndromes symptoms(P<0.01). Lysholm scores of treatment group was better than control group in the 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment. The recurrence rate of treatment group was lower than control group for one year s followup.Conclusion Bushen Huoxue formula combined with moxa stick moxibustion is effective in treatment for knee osteoarthritis.
