各型尺骨冠突骨折的治疗方法探讨

　　【摘要】 目的 探讨尺骨冠突骨折的治疗方法。 方法 尺骨冠突骨折患者12例, 按照Regan-Morrey分型，Ⅰ型3例，Ⅱ型6例，Ⅲ型3例。行石膏固定4例;切开复位内固定8例。术后早期进行功能锻炼。结果 随访12～36个月，1例失访，余骨折均骨性愈合。根据Morrey肘关节功能评定标准评定疗效，优6例(54.5%)，良2例(18.2%),可2例(18.2%),差1例(9.1%)，优良率为72.7%。1例发生骨化性肌炎，无肘关节强直及脱位等严重并发症。 结论 以Regan-Morrey分型为指导，选择恰当的治疗方法和早期功能锻炼是提高尺骨冠突骨折治疗效果的关键。

　　A probe into the treatment methods for different types of fractures

　　of ulna coronoid process

　　Abstract: Objective To explore the treatment methods for fractures of ulna coronoid process. Methods 12 patients with fractures of ulna coronoid process were classified according to Regan-Morrey classification. There were 3 cases of type Ⅰ, 6 cases of type Ⅱ and 3 cases of type Ⅲ, of which based on the types of injury, plaster cast immobilization of the elbow was performed in 4 cases and open reduction and internal fixation performed in 8 cases. All the patients took early postoperative functional exercise. Results During follow-ups ranging from 12 to 36 months (mean=15 months), all patients (except one who lost contact) had fracture union. According to Morrey′s scale, 6 sides (54.5%) were rated as excellent, 2 (18.2%) as good, 2 (18.2%) as fair and 1 (9.1%) as poor. The rate of excellence and good was 72.7%. No elbow ankylosis, dislocation and other severe complications occurred except for 1 case of myositis ossificans. Conclusion Based on the Regan-Morrey classification, the choice of appropriate curative methods and early functional exercise are the keys to improving the therapeutic efficacy of fracture of ulna coronoid process.
