腹腔镜下胆囊切除术同时行子宫次全切除术46例分析

【摘要】  目的 讨论腹腔镜下胆囊切除与子宫次全切除术同时进行的可能性。方法 对本院2003年11月至2005年12月46例腹腔镜下子宫次全切除联合胆囊切除的患者的术后住院时间，抗生素使用时间，手术时间，术后排气等进行回顾性分析。结果 统计期间本科共行腹腔镜下子宫次全切除术218例，其中子宫次全切除+胆囊切除术46例为观察组，单纯子宫次全切除术172例为对照组。两组比较手术时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。住院时间，术后排气时间，抗生素使用时间，出院时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 两科手术同期进行明显优于分科分次进行，预后好，值得推广。
