调压益心胶囊中钩藤的薄层层析鉴别

  提要 目的:用薄层层析和紫外分析方法对调压益心胶 囊中所含的钩藤成份进行分析鉴别。方法:以中药钩藤对照药材作为对照品,以 0.5%CMC-Na、硅胶G铺板,在氯仿-乙酸乙酯-乙醇(4.5∶4∶1.5);苯-氯仿-丙酮-氨水 (3∶5∶2∶0.5)二个系统中分别展开后喷碘化铋钾、碘、碘化钾试剂显色。结果: 在同一薄层色谱中, 和药材对照品相同的位置上,供试品显清晰分离良好的斑点,阴性对照品无此斑点。结论: 该方法具有定性检查的鉴别意义,为制定调压益心胶囊质量标准提供了实验方法和依据。

TLC Identification of Ramulus Uncaria Cum Uncis in The Tiaoya-yixin Capsule

  Abstract Objective: The composition of Ramulus Uncari a cum uncis in Tiaoya-yixin capsule was identified with TLC and UV.Method: Ramul us Uncaria Cum Uncis based on herbs, was used as control herb. Silicon G bed of 0.5%CMC-Na took on colour after spraying iodide postassium bismuth, and iodine-p ostassium iodide repectively on group one of chroloform acetyacetic ether-alcoho l(4.5∶4∶1.5) and group two of benzene-chloroform-acetone-ammonia water(3∶5∶2 ∶0.5). Result: In the same chromatogram and on the same place of control herb, subject herb appeared well-separated spot, but no spots in negative control herb . Conclusion: This method could identify qualitive determination, present experi mental approaches and evidences leading to the quality regulations of Tiaoya-yix in capsule.

  调压益心胶囊是由黄芪、丹参、川芎、党参、钩藤、汉防已、生地、山茱萸等中药组成,临 床上用于治疗高血压伴有心室肥厚(LVH)的患者。钩藤系主要原料之一,为茜草科植物钩藤U ncaria rhynchophylla (Miq) Jacks,大叶钩藤Uncaria macrophylla wall,毛钩藤Uncaria hirsuta Havil,华钩藤Uncaria Sinensis (Oliv) Havil或无柄果钩藤Uncaria Sessilifruc tus Roxb的干燥钩茎枝。具有清热平肝、熄风定惊、降血压等功效[1]。钩藤主要 含吲哚类生物碱,它们分别为钩藤碱(Phynchophylline)、异钩藤碱(Isohlynchop hylline)。此二种生物碱为降血压的有效成份。另外还含有去氢钩藤碱(Corynoxein e)、异去氢钩藤碱(Isocroynoxeine)、毛帽柱木碱(Hirsutine)、去氢毛帽柱木碱(Hirsutei ne)、兜花木碱(Corynantheine)及二氢兜花木碱(Dihyolrocrynantheine)[2]。本 项研究所用钩藤为华钩藤Uncaria sine
