针刺配合血栓通注射液治疗脂肪肝疗效观察

【摘要】  　　目的 观察针刺配合血栓通注射液治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法 将100例脂肪肝患者随机分为2组。治疗组50例采用针刺太冲、太白、足三里、中脘穴，同时配合血栓通注射液5 mL+5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL，每日1次静脉滴注。对照组50例予水飞蓟宾胶囊70 mg，每日3次口服。2组均15日为1个疗程，疗程间休息5日，3个疗程后观察临床疗效及甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)及天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)变化。结果 治疗组总有效率96%，对照组总有效率78%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后TG、TC、ALT及AST与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)，与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结果 针刺配合血栓通注射液治疗脂肪肝疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

　　【Abstract】  Objective  To observe the therapeutic effects of fatty liver by acupuncturing combined with intravenous drip of Xueshuantong injection.Method  100 patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group (n=50) and the control group (n=50).The 50 patients in the treatment group received the treatment of acupuncture on the points of Taichong, Taibai, Zusanli, Zhongwan combined with intravenous drip of Xueshuantong injection.The treatment was given once a day,five days resting after fifteen days of the treatment,and going on the next circulation of acupuncture, 15 time as one course.
