益肾安合剂治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床研究

【摘要】  　　观察益肾安合剂治疗慢性肾衰竭（CRF）的临床疗效。方法 60例CRF患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例采用益肾安合剂，对照组30例采用醛氧淀粉。观察治疗前后血肌酐（Cr）、血尿素氮（BUN）、内生肌酐清除率（Ccr）、血浆白蛋白（ALb）变化及中医证候积分。结果 治疗后CRF患者血Cr、BUN、血浆白蛋白（ALb）及中医证候积分较治疗前有明显下降（P均<0.01）；临床总有效率治疗组为80.3%,对照组为66.6%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 益肾安合剂能明显改善CRF患者肾功能，调节细胞因子，降低中医证候积分，提高生活质量，延缓慢性肾衰竭的进程。

　　Study of Yishenan composition on the treatment of chronic renal failure

　　【Abstract】  Objective  To study the effect of Yishenan composition on the treatment of chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods  60 cases with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into treatment group,which was treated by Yishenan composition, and control group,which was treated by aldehyde oxystarch.Serum creatinine (SCr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN),creatinine clearance, plasma-albumin (ALb) and symptoms score of TCM were observed before and after treatment. Results  SCr, BUN, Alb and symptoms score of TCM after treatment obviously decreased in comparison with those before treatment in two groups (P<0.01). The total effective rate in treatment group (80.3%) was higher than that in control group (66.6%, P<0.05). The effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group. Conclusion  Yishenan composition can improve kidney function of patients with CRF, regulate cell factor, decrease symptoms score of TCM, and raise life quality.

　　慢性肾衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)是临床常见病、难治病，其早期治疗主要是低蛋白饮食，对症及近年采用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）治疗，疗效均不十分理想，若发展至终末期则是以透析或肾移植为主，但费用昂贵，大部分患者只有放弃治疗，故而严重影响患者的生存。我们运用益肾安合剂为主治疗CRF 30例，并与应用醛氧淀粉治疗30例对照观察，现报告如下。
