桂林市传染病网络直报工作第一年效果分析

　【摘要】 目的  观察传染病网络直报系统启动一年来的传染病监测质量，探讨网络直报评价方法。 方法  描述研究网络直报工作效果。 结果  实行网络直报后，传染病从临床医生发现到疾病预防控制机构接到报告的平均时间由5.48d缩短至1.67d，报卡数量增加20.84%，21.03%的报告卡得到校正，网络直报覆盖率县辖区医院为96.55%，市城区为69.23%，79.21%的直报单位有专用电脑。 结论  网络直报的启用及其系统的建立，提高了桂林市传染病疫情报告的质量和水平，同时应尽快建立与之相应的疫情报告管理方法和标准。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe the quality of the first year network directly report of infectious dis-eases system in Guilin，and to discuss the evaluable measure.Methods Epi Info3.3was applied.Re-sults After the network directly reported carrying out，the time between clinicians diagnosing a disease to CDC receiving the report was shorten from5.48d to1.67d in average，the number of report cards increased by20.84%，and21.03%of them had been corrected.There were96.55%hospitals using network directly reported in county，and69.23%in city.Conclusions The network directly report and its system improved the quality and level of epidemic situation report in Guilin，and corresponding managerment methods and standards should be set up.

　　在卫生部统筹指挥下，根据广西自治区卫生厅部署，桂林市于2004年1月1日起使用“国家传染病网络直报系统”，并进行权限配置、人员培训和设备落实，于2004年4月1日正式启用。现将网络直报工作启用1年来的工作效果报告如下。

   　 1.1 资料来源 

　　登录“中国疾病预防控制信息报告系统”（http://202.106.123.35），导出2004年4月1日～2005年3月31日桂林市各直报单位报告的传染病报告卡。设计统一的调查表，对网络直报单位人员及设备配置情况进行调查。人口与医疗机构资料来源于《2004年桂林市社会经济统计年鉴》。
