回顾性观察乌司他丁在危重症治疗中的临床疗效。41例危重症患者根据就诊时间分为2组，对照组21例,采用常规治疗;治疗组20例,在常规治疗的基础上静脉注射乌司他丁。观察记录2组治疗前后体温、心率、呼吸次数、白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐、谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素、APACHE Ⅱ评分，以及呼吸机使用天数、ICU住院天数。治疗组体温、心率、呼吸次数、白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐、谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素、APACHE Ⅱ评分改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)，呼吸机使用天数和ICU住院天数也比对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。乌司他丁在危重症治疗中的临床疗效比较好。乌司他丁;危重症;全身炎症反应;多器官功能障碍综合征
Clinical observation of ulinastatin in treatment of
patients with critical illness

To observe the clinical effect of ulinastatin(UTI) on patients with critical illness.Forty one patients with critical illness were randomly divided into two groups. Twenty one cases in the control group were treated with normal theraphy.Twenty cases in UTI group were treated with normal therapy in combination with UTI through in travenous injection. The changs of temperature(T),heart rate(HR),respiration rate(RR), white blood cell(WBC), serum C reactive protein(CRP), blood urea nitrogen(UREA), blood creatinine(CRE),alanine transaminase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL) and APACHEⅡscore were compared in two groups before and after the treatment. At the same time, the total time of mechanical ventilation and the total time in ICU were observed too.The changs of T, HR, RR, WBC, CRP, UREA, CRE,ALT,TBIL and APACHEⅡscore in UTI group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0. 05).Moreover, there was obvious difference between two groups in the total time of mechanical ventilation and the total time in ICU(P<0.05).UTI is effective on patients with critical illness, and can be used in the treatment of critical illness.Ulinastatin; Critical illness; Systemic inflammatory response; Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome
