泌尿系肿瘤患者围手术期红细胞免疫功能的动态研究 |

摘 要：目的：探讨泌尿系肿瘤患者红细胞免疫功能状况及其在围手术期的变化和意义。方法：应用郭峰法检测60例泌尿系肿瘤患者和30例正常者的各项红细胞免疫功能指标。结果：泌尿系肿瘤患者红细胞C3b受体花环率(RCR)、肿瘤红细胞花环率(TRR)和红细胞C3b受体花环促进率(RFER)显著低于正常者(P＜0.01)，T2期膀胱肿瘤患者RCR、TRR和RFER显著低于T1期膀胱肿瘤患者(P＜0.01)；手术切除肿瘤后，RCR、TRR和RFER较术前显著升高(P＜0.01)。结论：泌尿系肿瘤患者红细胞免疫功能低下，免疫调节紊乱，手术切除肿瘤后，红细胞免疫功能显著改善。对红细胞免疫功能检测可作为肿瘤患者病情、预后及疗效判定的免疫学指标。

Clinical study of the immunology of RBC in patients with tumors of the urinary system during perioperation period

Abstract：Purpose:To study the changes in patients with tumor of urinary system during perioperation period. Methods: RBC immune function was detected in 60 cases of tumors of the urinary system during perioperdtion period, and 30 normal men as control.Results: The RCR、TRR and RFER in patients group were significantly lower than that in control group (P＜0.01).The PCR、TRR and RFER in patients with T2 tumors were significantly lower than that in patients with T1 tumor(P＜0.01). After removing the tumor, the PCR、TRR and RFER significantly increased (P＜0.01 ). Conclusions: It was concluded that the changes of RBC immune functions were related to the prognosis treatment effect in patients with tumors of urinary system.

以往认为红细胞只有呼吸功能，无免疫功能，事实上红细胞有许多与免疫有关的物质，在抵御外来侵犯、保持机体平衡方面，红细胞的免疫功能不亚于白细胞。现已发现多种肿瘤患者红细胞免疫功能低下〔1〕。为探讨泌尿系肿瘤患者红细胞免疫功能，特别是围手术期红细胞免疫功能的变化，我们检测了60例泌尿系肿瘤患者，现将结果报告如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 研究对象
选泌尿系肿瘤60例作为肿瘤组，男44例，女16例，年龄30～83岁，平均59岁。其中肾癌8例(透明细胞癌5例，颗粒细胞癌3例)，输尿管移行细胞癌3例，肾盂移行细胞癌4例，膀胱移行细胞癌45例。膀胱癌临床分期T1期20例，T2期24例，
