突触体素 S

  【摘要】 目的 探讨人胸腺组织内突触体素、S-100蛋白、神经特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)免疫反应神经纤维和免疫反应细胞的分布,为人类胸腺神经内分泌免疫相互作用提供形态学资料。 方法 应用免疫组织化学ABC法观察了尸解正常胸腺组织30例(福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋组织切片)。 结果 突触体素、S-100蛋白、NSE免疫反应神经纤维呈细丝、串珠状,从胸腺被膜随小叶间隔和血管到胸腺皮质,再延伸到髓质形成神经纤维网,部分沿着小血管走行,形成血管周围丛。同时显示在人类胸腺组织内散在分布有突触体素、S-100蛋白和NSE免疫反应细胞。 结论 人类胸腺内可能存在神经免疫内分泌3类物质的相互作用和调控。

IMMUNOREACTIVE NERVE FIBERS IN HUMAN THYMUS

  【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the innervation of synaptophysin,S-100 protein,neuronal specific enolase(NSE) immunoreactive nerve fibers and the distribution of immunoreactive cells and to provide morphologic data for the immune neuro-endocrine interactions in thymus. Methods Thirty samples of normal thymus were fixed in 10% formal in and embedded in paraffin,stained by immunohistochemical ABC methods. Results Synaptophysin,S-100 protein and NSE immunoreactive nerve fibers presented as varicose and linear profiles travelled from thymic capsule to cortex along lobular septa and blood vessels,then extented to thymic medullary regions to form the network of nerve fibers.Some immunoreactive nerve fibers travelling around small blood vessels formed nerve fiber plexus.It showed also that synaptophysin,S-100 protein and NSE immunoreactive cells distributed dispersely in human thymus. Conclusion It might be possible that the neuro-immuno-endocrine interaction and regulation existed in human thymus.
