自发性高血压大鼠压力反射敏感性与血压变异性的关系 |

【摘要】 目的 研究自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)动脉血压变异性(BPV)和压力反射敏感性( BRS)的改变及二者间相关性。方法 清醒、自由活动状态下测定SHR及对照WKY大鼠24小时收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)及其各自变异性的改变;单次静脉注射去氧肾上腺素(5μg/kg)以测定压力反射对心率的控制功能(BRSHR);化学切除自主神经阻断压力反射传出通路后,比较静注去氧肾上腺素后的升压曲线下面积差异,测定压力反射对血压的控制功能(BRSBP)。结果 SHR的血压及血压变异性显著高于WKY大鼠,BRS明显降低;BRS与SHR和WKY大鼠的BPV呈负相关,其中BRSBP与BPV的相关系数高于BRSHR与BPV的相关系数;BRSHR或BRSBP与心率及心率变异性间均无相关性。结论 压力反射敏感性与血压变异性间呈负相关关系,其中BRSBP为反映压力反射功能的较敏感指标。 【关键词】 压力反射 高血压 血压变异性 大鼠
Relationship between baroreflex sensitivities and arterial blood pressure variability in spontaneously hypertensive rats Shan Zhengzheng, Dai Shengming, Su Dingfeng. Department of Pharmacology, Second Military Medical University, Shanghai 200433 【Abstract】 Objective To determine baroreflex function of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) and WKY rats, and investigate the relationship between baroreflex sensitivities (BRS) and arterial blood pressure variability (BPV). Methods Twenty-four-hour arterial blood pressure (SBP and DBP), heart rate and their variabilities were measured in conscious, unrestrained SHR and WKT rats. BRS of heart rate control (BRSHR) was measured by using a bolus intravenous injection of phenylephrine (5 μg/kg). BRS of blood pressure control (BRSBP) was measured by comparing the pressor responses to phenylephrine before and after the blockade of baroreflex efferent pathway. Results SHR had significantly higher blood pressure and BPV than WKY rats. A significant inverse correlation was found between BRSBP and BPV in SHR and WKT rats. BRSHR seemed weakly related to BPV when compared with BRSBP in the two strains of rats. Conclusion Baroreflex function in SHR was impaired, while BPV increased markedly. A significant inverse correlation existed between BRS and BPV in the two strains of rats. BRSBP might be a more sensitive index of the baroreflex function in the rats. 【Key words】 baroreceptor reflex hypertension blood pressure variability rats
