【摘要】 目的：探讨联合吸入糖皮质激素与长效β2激动剂对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的治疗作用。方法：急性加重期COPD病人60例，给予吸入布地奈德干粉400μg，2次/d，同时吸入福莫特罗干粉9μg，2次/d。观察1月、3月、6月，并测定痰液中炎性介质白细胞介素(IL8)的量。结果：肺功能治疗前后有明显提高(P<005)。呼吸症状均有所改善，尤其是喘息症状改善明显;痰中IL8治疗后明显下降(P<005)。结论：联合吸入糖皮质激素与长效β2激动剂对COPD患者的肺功能、自觉症状均有改善，痰中 IL8水平降低，可能与糖皮质激素加强了对气道炎症的作用有关。

The Therapeutic Effect of Inhaled Corticosteroid Combined with Longacting β2 Agonists on COPD

【ABSTRACT】 Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of inhaled corticosteroid combined with longacting β2 agonist(LABA) on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:60 COPD patients in actue aggravation were received toutine treatment(inhaling budesonide 400μg bid and formoterol 9μg bid).At the following three time points:1m, 3m, 6m, pulmonary symptom and lung function were investigated respectively.Level of interleukin8 from inflamatory cell in sputum was measured before and after treatment.Results:After treatment, the observed index and the lung function were obviously improved(P<005).Level of Il8 in sputum significantly decreased after treatment(P<005)Conclusion:The patients inhaling corticosteroid and LABA could improve the lung function with COPD.It may play a role on patients with COPD by way of reducing the airway inflamatory reaction.

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一常见病、多发病，在目前尚无理想的治疗方法。研究表明,COPD是一种发生在大气道和小气道的炎症性气道疾病，气流阻塞呈进行发展，部分可逆，可伴有气道高反应性。皮质激素是一种具有多种机制的抗炎药物，长效β2激动剂是一种起效快维持时间长的支气管扩张剂。本研究在于观察联合吸入皮质激素与长效β2激动剂对COPD的治疗作用。
1 资料与方法
11 一般资料 60例患者为我院住院及门诊病人,其中男性40例,女性20例;年龄59～78岁,平均年龄68岁;病程5～42年,平均31年。所有病例均符合2002年我国制定的COPD诊断标准。
12 治疗方法 所有患者均按规程规律给予吸入布地奈德干粉(普米克?都保)400μg，2次/d;同时吸入福莫特罗干粉(奥克斯?都保)9μg,2次/d，观察1月
