妇月康胶囊缩短药物流产后阴道出血268例临床观察

　　摘要：目的观察宫太妇月康胶囊对药物流产后阴道出血时间的影响。方法将门诊早孕药物流产中成功排出孕囊的妇女随机分成治疗组168例，对照组100例。治疗组常规服用宫太妇月康胶囊3次/d，4粒/次，连续服用至血止，对照组不加服任何药物，两组均于药物流产后两周行盆腔B超检查。比较两组临床疗效及随访结果，并进行统计分析。结果治疗组两周内完全流产率明显高于对照组，阴道出血量及出血时间也明显缩短，治疗组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。药物流产后两周超声检查两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论宫太妇月康胶囊可明显提高药物流产的完全流产率，其减少出血量及缩短阴道出血时间的效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

　　Clinical Study of Gong Tai Fu Yue Kang Capsule in the Treatment of Uterine Bleedling after Medical Abortion 

　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate curative effect and mechanism of Gong Tai Fu Yue Kang Capsule intreating uterine bleeding after medical abortion .Methods268 cases of already venting embryo were randomly divided into two groups．  The study group took Gong Tai Fu Yue Kang Capsule and the control group was treated by nothing after venting embryo．ResultsThe effective rate of study group was 97％，which  was significantly higher than that of control group(69％)．The average bleeding duration was 7.06±3.23 days and 14.07±6.07 days respectively．Bleeding amount was observed and the difference was significant between the two groups． ConclusionGong Tai Fu Yue Kang Capsule had distinct effect on reducing uterine bleeding. It is useful in treating bleeding after medical abortion.

　　米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于终止早孕，因为其安全、有效、方便、避免了人工流产术手术的痛苦，所以在临床上已经得到广泛应用，但是药物流产在孕囊排出后阴道出血时间过长、出血量多的问题在临床上尚未得到解决。本研究中应用中成药宫太妇月康胶囊作为药物流产后的辅助用药，明显地减少了出血量并缩短了药物流产后的阴道出血时间，经临床应用效果显著。
