【摘要】 目的 探讨入院后即时评分作为老年人骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折患者手术前快捷风险评估的可行性。方法 65岁以上的骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折患者，根据入院后常规检查的结果、屏气试验及受伤前的活动状态进行入院后即时评分。接受手术治疗的63例，据评分65分以上为高分组，65分以下为低分组，分析两组的年龄构成、评分分值及住院期间死亡率。结果 高分组50例，评分(73.6±7.7)分，住院期间死亡1例;低分组13例，评分(58.6±6.1)分，住院期间死亡3例。结论 根据入院后常规检查结果、屏气试验及受伤前活动状态进行的入院后即时评分，可作为老年骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折患者的手术前快捷风险评估。

Fast preoperative risk evaluation of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the reliability of fast operative risk evaluation for osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly according to tradition test at the time of admission and mobility index before injury.Methods From Sept.2001 to Aug.2003,the patients of osteoporosis intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly who were 65 years old or more,estimating their score after admission according to tradition test and mobility index.The operated patients of 63 cases were divided into high score group(group A)and low score group(group B)by the score.50 patients were within group A,the remaining were within group B.The ages,scores,and the mortality of inpatients were compared and analyzed.Results The score was 73.6±7.7(Mean±SD)points,and the mortality was 2.0% in the group A during inpatient department,while the score was 58.5±6.1(Mean±SD)points,and the mortality was 23.1% in the group B during the same time.It is significant statistic difference between group A and group B comparing analysis of the score and the mortality in inpatient department.Conclusion The score at the time of admission of tradition
test comparing with mobility index can fast evaluate preoperative risk in the elderly patients of osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures preoperatively.
