【摘要】 目的 观察银质针导热疗法治疗椎管外软组织疼痛的临床效果。方法 应用银质针导热疗法治疗椎管外软组织疼痛病人106例, 观察治疗前和治疗后1年内病人症状、体征、视觉模拟评分(VAS)变化，评定疗效。结果 银质针治疗后1周,疗效优79例，良24例;治疗后2周，疗效优85例，良20例;治疗后1个月，疗效优87例，良18例。治疗后3、6、12个月疗效与1个月比较，差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 银质针导热疗法是治疗椎管外软组织疼痛的一种较为理想方法。

THE EFFECT OF SILVERNEEDLE DIATHERMY ON PATIENTS WITH PAIN OF EXTRASPINAL SOFT TISSUE LIU CHUANSHENG, ZHANG WEI, XU FENGHE, et al (Pain Clinic, The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College, Qingdao 266003, China); [ABSTRACT] Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of silverneedle diathermy for patients with pain of extraspinal soft tissue. Methods Silverneedle diathermy was used to treat 106 patients with pain of extraspinal solf tissue. The effectiveness, in term of symptoms and signs, was observed before and within one year after treatment and scored with VAS. Results One week after the treatment, excellent result was obtained in 79 patients and good in 24; Two weeks after the treatment, the efficay in 85 patients was excellent and 20 were good; One month after the treatment, excellence was achieved in 87 patients and good in 18. The differences of effectiveness among after one month, three, six and 12 months of therapy was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Silverneedle diathermy is a relatively ideal therapy for patients with pain of extraspinal soft tissue.

软组织疼痛是椎管外骨骼肌、筋膜、韧带、关节囊、滑膜、椎管外脂肪或椎管内脂肪等人体运动系统的软组织损害(旧称软组织劳损)引起的疼痛和相关症状，以椎管外或椎管内(外)软组织松解等外科手术、椎管外密集型压痛点银质针针刺、椎管外压痛点强刺激推拿等非手术疗法为主要治疗手段。2004年1月～2008年1月，我们采用银质针导热疗法治疗顽固性软组织疼痛106例，对治疗前、治疗后1年内病人症状、体征、视觉模拟评分(VAS)变化进行观察，现将结果报告如下。
1 资料和方法
1.1 一般资料
根据王福根[1]诊断标准,选择椎管外软组织疼痛病人106例,男69例，女37例;年龄23～72岁,平均53.8岁。病程半月～26年,平均(6.7±1.3)年;其中枕后、颈、肩、肩胛骨、上背部、肩胛间区软组织疼痛60例，腰骶、臀、髂部疼痛34例，下肢痛7例，会阴耻骨联合区疼痛5例。106例病人接受银质针治疗前均接受过多种
