坏可能是导致β1,4-GalT I在背根神经节中表达高峰延期的一个重要原因。 原位杂交显示β1,4-GalT I mRNA在正常脊髓中呈低表达,在灰质中可见少量的阳性信号;而在坐骨神经损伤1 w后脊髓中的表达明显增高,在灰质和白质均可见大量的阳性信号。β1,4-GalT I mRNA在夹伤1 d和切断2 d背根神经节中呈高表达,可见大量阳性信号,正常背根神经节中也有表达。所有这些研究结果表明坐骨神经损伤可诱导β1,4-GalT I mRNA在相应节段背根神经节及脊髓中的表达增加,其中背根神经节中的变化时间较脊髓时间早,可能是背根神经节距损伤坐骨神经较脊髓近的缘故。同时,研究发现β1,4-GalT I mRNA在背根神经节中主要分布于神经元,而在脊髓中无论是灰质还是白质中均有分布,说明其在神经胶质中也有表达。提示在外周神经损伤过程中β1,4-GalT I不仅在坐骨神经中发挥一定的作用,在相应节段的脊髓及背根神经节中也发起一定的作用。
