【摘要】 目的探讨消糜栓联合聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法将我院门诊200例慢性宫颈炎患者，随机分成消糜栓联合聚焦超声治疗组(A组)100例和微波治疗组(B组)100例。观察两组治疗后的疗效及并发症发生情况。结果一次痊愈率A组明显高于B组;治疗后阴道排液、阴道出血等并发症的发生率A组明显低于B组。结论消糜栓联合聚焦超声安全有效，副作用小，术后并发症少。

Clinical Efficacy of Xiaomishuan on Chronic Cervicitis in Combination with Focused Ultrasound

Abstract： ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaomishuan treatment on chronic cervicitis in combination with focused ultrasound. MethodsFrom June 2006 to October 2007, 200 patients with chronic cervicitis were classified randomly into Group A treated with Xiaomishuan plus ultrasound (n=100) and Group B treated with microwave (n=100). Their clinical efficacy and incidence of complication were observed. ResultsThe cured rate of Group A was significantly higher than that of Group B. What was more, in the course of cervix recovering after the two treatment methods, the incidence of complication in Group A, such as vaginal discharge and bleeding, etc, was significantly lower than that in Group B.ConclusionUsing focused ultrasound plus Xiaomishuan to treat chronic cervicitis, the clinical effect is confirmed, and there is few complications after treatment. So it is an effective treatment method to cervicitis at present.

慢性宫颈炎是最常见的妇科疾病之一，多为急性宫颈炎未予治疗或治疗不及时、不彻底，病原体隐藏于宫颈管黏膜内形成慢性炎症，或者由于分娩、流产、宫腔操作等引起宫颈裂伤继发感染造成。主要表现为白带增多、腰骶部疼痛、性交痛及接触性出血，严重时可并发输卵管炎、宫颈管狭窄、不孕等，严重影响患者的生活质量，近年的研究显示宫颈癌的发生与慢性宫颈炎有密切的关系[1]。因此，积极治疗慢性宫颈炎对改善患者的生活质量及防止宫颈癌的发生具有重要的意义。我院自2006年6月采用消糜栓联合聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎，获得较好疗效，现报告如下。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料
从2006年6月—2007年10月我院诊治的慢性宫颈炎患者200例，年龄最小20岁，最大61岁;其中消糜栓联合聚焦超声治疗100例(A组)、微波治疗100例(B组)。两组在年龄、孕产次、宫颈刮片及病理类型上无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
1.2治疗方法
1.2.1A组采用消糜栓联合聚焦超声治疗采用重庆海扶技术有限公司生产的CZF1型(海极星)聚焦超声治疗仪。患者取膀胱截石位于手术台，消毒外阴阴道后以窥阴器暴露宫颈，拭净宫颈黏液，
