Q开关Nd YAG激光治疗不良眼线疗效评价 |

［摘 要］ 目的：评价Q开关Nd：YAG激光对不理想眼线文饰的疗效。 方法：以质量分数描述疗前疗后不理想眼线文饰的表现，以积分下降比率确定疗效。 结果：82例求治者治疗前总积分（367分）与治疗一次后总积分（208分）82例最后痊愈：23例，显效：51例，无效：8例。经统计学处理，差异有显著性意义（t＝3.65 P＜0.001）。激光能量大小的选择、接受治疗次数与眼线的颜色有关。 结论：Q开关Nd：YAG激光对去除不理想眼线文饰有确切的效果。

Q-SWITCHED,FREQUENCY DOUBLED ND:YAG LASER

［Abstract］ Objective：The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of failed eyeline tattoo treated by Q-switched，frequency doubled Nd：YAG laser. Methods：Describe the appearance of failed eyeline tattoo pre-and posttreatment with quality cumulative scoring and determined curative effect according to the rate of the decline of quality cumulative scoring. Results：23 patients achieved a complete improvement，51 patients received a marked improvement，the remaining six patients showed minimal improvement and two patients had no improement. Conclusion：The Q-switched，frequency doubled Nd：YAG laser is effective for removal of eyeline tattoo.The findings show that the selection of energy densities depends on the shade of colour of eyeline tattoo and the frequency of treatment is also related with the shade of colour of eyeline tattoo.

临床上Q开关Nd：YAG激光主要用于治疗深在性的色素性疾病，如：太田痣、以及蓝黑色文身等［1，2］。自1997年5月至1999年5月间我们采用Q开关倍频Nd：YAG激光器治疗不理想眼线文饰，以质量分数判定疗效，有完整回访记录的共82例。
1 临床资料
82例皆为女性，年龄：20岁～47岁，文眼线1个月～9年，要求去除的原因主要有眼线文饰过粗过宽、形状不佳，颜色失真或有洇染现象。
2 治疗方法
2.1 治疗器械 Q开关倍频Nd：YAG激光器。
2.2 疗效评估 治疗前后根据上下眼线文饰平均宽度之和及眼线文饰颜色深浅记分，宽度＜1mm为0分，1mm～2mm为1分，3mm～4mm为2分，＞4mm为3分，无色为0分，浅蓝色～蓝色为1分，深蓝色为2分，蓝黑色为3分。
2.3 治疗步骤 治疗时患者取平卧位，施术者位于患者头侧，首先在患者眼裂内挤入少量金霉素眼[1] [2] 下一页
