护肝醒脾汤治疗酒精性脂肪肝36例临床观察

　　【摘要】 目的:观察护肝醒脾汤治疗酒精性脂肪肝的疗效。方法:将72例酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为两组，治疗组服用护肝醒脾汤，对照组口服硫普罗宁片治疗，比较两组疗效及肝功能、血脂变化。结果:治疗组总有效率88.89%，对照组总有效率58.33%，两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组肝功能、血脂治疗后较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01)，并优于对照组。结论:护肝醒脾汤对酒精性脂肪肝有良好的治疗作用。

　　The Clinical Study on Alcoholic Fatty Liver Treaded by Huganxingpi Soup

　　【ABSTRACT】 Objective:To observe the theraputic effect of Huganxingpi Soup on alcoholic fatty liver(AFL).Metheds:Seventy two patients suffering from AFL were divided randomly into two groups：treatment group and control group.Patients in treatment group took Huganxingpi Soup and those in control group took compound liupuluoning tablets.The curative effect and the variation of hepatic function and blood lipid between the two groups were investigated.Results:After a certain time of treatment，the curative rate was 88.89% in treatment group and 58.33% in control group.There was a significant difference for curative rate between the two groups(P<0.01).In treatment group，the index of liver function and the level of blood lipid were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.01).The index of liver function and the level of blood lipid were better in treatment group than that in control group.Conclusion:Huganxingpi Soup has a good theraputic effect on AFL.

　　近年来，随着人们生活水平的提高及生活模式的改变，酒精性饮品的消耗明显增加，长期大量饮酒易形成脂肪肝。我们采用护肝醒脾汤治疗36例酒精性脂肪肝，取得较好的疗效，现报道如下。

　　1 资料与方法

　　1.1 一般资料 选取2002.3~2008.7月于我院就诊的72例酒精性脂肪肝患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组36例，男28例，女8例;年龄最小者28岁，最大者53岁，平均年龄40.5岁;病程最短者6个月，最长者3年，均为肥胖或较胖体型。对照组36例，男30例，女6例;年龄最小者29岁，最大者55岁，平均年龄42岁;病程最短者1年，最长者5年。两组患者一般情况具有可比性，无显著性差异(P>0.05)。

　　1.2 诊断标准 依据2003年第十一次全国病毒性肝炎肝病学术会议(南京)酒精性肝病诊断标准[1]。

　　1.3 治疗方法

　　治疗组服用护肝醒脾汤，药物组成：黄芪15g、白术10g、当归15g、连翘10g、大黄6g、泽泻15g、败酱草15
