藏药二十六味余甘子丸和藏红花粗提物对缺氧大鼠肺动脉高压和血液流变学的影响

  摘 要 目的:观察二十六味余甘子丸和藏红花粗提物对缺氧大鼠肺动脉压及血液流变学的作用。方法:10%常压缺氧3~5周,同时用上述两种药物灌胃,右心导管测肺动脉压,毛细血管离心法测红细胞压积,旋转粘度计测血液粘度,荧光偏振法测红细胞膜流动性,微孔滤法测红细胞变形性。结果:所用两种药物均可以降低缺氧引起的肺动脉高压和减轻右心室肥厚。但对红细胞压积、全血粘度、红细胞膜流动性和红细胞变形性无明显影响。结论:这两种药物的降缺氧大鼠肺动脉高压作用,是主要通过改善肺循环而实现的。

Effect of Tibetan complex prescription and Crocin crude on rat pulmonary arterial pressure and hemorrheology

  Abstract AIM: Effect of Tibetan complex prescription (TCP, included 26 components) and one of TCP component Crocin crude (CC) on rat polmonary arterial pressure and hemorrheology were observed.METHODS:Rats were divided into three groups: 1. Control group. 2. Hypoxia group, rats exposed to 10% O2in isobaric hypoxic chamber for 3 or 5 weeks (6 day/week,6h/day). 3. Treated group, hypoxia rats treated with drugs, TCP or CC was poured down the throat before hypoxia for 3 or 5 weeks.RESULTS: RBC, Hb, Hct,ap,vp,R/L+S,blood viscosity(94.5, 51.2, 11.02, 0.945 shear rate) in hypoxic rats were increased ( P<0.05,P<0.01, compared with control group), but erythrocyte deformability was decreased until 5 weeks hypoxia, but not after 3 weeks hypoxia, ap, vp, R/L+S was decreased in TCP and CC treated group(P<0.05,P<0.01), but no hemorrheological changes were found.CONCLUSION:TCP, CC could reduce pulmonary arterial hypertension, but didn t improve the hemorrheological disturbances caused by hypoxia.
