体外培养的施万细胞在平面和聚乙醇酸纤维网架上的迁移

  【摘要】 目的 观察培养的施万细胞(SCS)在平面或聚乙醇酸(PGA)纤维的立体网架上迁移特性。 方法 用光、电镜技术观察在不同培养环境和培养时间中,SCS在平面或立体网架上的形态变化。 结果 平面上SCS一般为长梭形,同群细胞间以突起相连接;同群细胞迁移有方向和速率一致的特征。立体网架上细胞有球形和长橄榄形两种,细胞间也互相接触;细胞迁移速度快于平面,纤维上的长橄榄形细胞快于球形细胞;长橄榄形细胞长轴往往与纤维呈一定夹角,有包裹纤维的趋势。 结论 PGA在SCS生长中具有良好的生物相容性;与平面相比SCS更易在立体网架的纤维上迁移,长橄榄形的SCS有包裹纤维的趋势。

WELL PLANE AND STEREOFRAME OF POLYGLYCOLIC
ACID ON CELL CULTURE

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the migrating characteristic of culturing Schwann cell (SCS)on the plane or the fibre frame of polyglycolic acid(PGA). Methods The morphology of SCS on the plane or on the stereoframe was observed under inverted phase contract microscope and scan electric microscope of regular intervals. Results On the plane SCs showed spindle shape,which were connected with the extensions of cells.The cells,in the same population,were unanimous on the migrating direction and speed.There were two kinds of the shape of SCs on the stereoframe,spherical cells or long olivary cells;Cells contacted each other too.The migrating speed of cells on the stereoframe was faster than that on the plane;and the long olivary cells being faster than the spherical cells.There was a angle between two axes of the long olivary cell and fibre.The long olivary SCs were trending to wrapping fibre up. Conclusions Experimental study of co-culture showed that there was a good biological compatibility between fibreframe of PGA and SCS.Compared with SCs on the plane,SCs migrated easily on the stereoframe.The long olivary
