过敏性皮肤病患者546例血清吸入性过敏原IgE结果分析

　　【摘要】 目的 了解吸入性过敏原与某些皮肤病的关系。方法 采用IVT过敏原体外检测试剂盒对546例患者进行吸入性过敏原IgE检测。结果 对1种或1种以上抗原出现阳性反应的总阳性率为71.2%（389/546）。其中荨麻疹79.7%（192/241），湿疹70.8%（160/226），异位性皮炎46.8%（37/79），均显著高于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 提示吸入性过敏原IgE诱发Ⅰ型变态反应，刺激肥大细胞释放组胺造成荨麻疹、湿疹和异位性皮炎。对临床上原因不明的过敏应做吸入性过敏原试验，明确致病物质，从而控制发病率。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relation between inhaled allergen and some skin disease.Methods 546patients were examined by IVT aeroallergen test reagent box.Results In theinhaled IgE positive patients.One or more aeroallergens were positive，the total positive rate was71.2%（389/546），79.7%（192/241）in urticaria，70.8%（160/226）in eczema，46.8%（37/79）in topic dermatitis.All of them were higher than that of health control，with staˉtistical ignificance（P<0.01）.Conclusion It suggests that aeroallergens-specific IgE，induce typeⅠallergic reacˉtion and stimulate mast cell releasing histamine which is the cause of urticaria，eczema and atopic dermatitis.While meetˉing idiopatihic allergic reaction in clinical practice，it can be done to allergic test should be in order to find allergen and control of these disease.

　　近年来过敏性皮肤病，其病因趋于复杂，且易受外界环境的影响，极大影响了患者的生活质量。为明确致病物质，了解吸入性过敏原在过敏性皮肤病的临床意义，对546例过敏性皮肤病患者吸入性过敏血清中屋尘、尘螨、霉菌、豚草花粉、艾蒿花粉、树枝花粉6种常见吸入性过敏原IgE进行检测，现报告如下。

　　1 资料与方法

　　 1.1 研究对象 2001～2004年3月对四川省皮肤病性病防治研究所门诊就诊的546例患者，其中包括怀疑为吸入性过敏引起的荨麻疹241例（包括慢性荨麻疹155例和急性荨麻疹86例），湿疹226例（包括慢性湿疹131例和急性湿疹95例），异位性皮炎79例。女360例（66.9%），男186例（34.1%），平均年龄21.1岁（2～68岁）
