白平子抗炎栓及其拆方对宫颈糜烂大鼠血清IL 1 TNF 含量的影响

  【摘要】 目的 探讨白平子抗炎栓对宫颈糜烂大鼠免疫功能的影响及组方的合理性和作用机理。方法 将白平子抗炎栓根据功能拆方分为清热解毒组(Ⅰ)、活血化瘀组(Ⅱ)、利湿组(Ⅲ)。除正常组外,其余组均用苯酚胶浆建立实验性大鼠宫颈糜烂模型。药物治疗12天后,采用酶联免疫吸附试验方法测定大鼠血清IL-1、TNF-α含量。结果 对血清IL-1抑制作用的排列顺序为白平子组>Ⅱ>Ⅲ>Ⅰ;对血清TNF-α的抑制作用,排列顺序为白平子组>Ⅱ>Ⅲ>Ⅰ。结论 白平子抗炎栓对宫颈糜烂大鼠免疫功能的调节作用优于拆方。 康文娟(1973~),女,汉族,青海籍,讲师,硕士

  INFLUENCE OF BAI PINGZI ANTI- INFLAMMATION

  COMPOUNDS ON THE CONCENTRATION OF IL-1

  AND TNF-α ON CERVICAL EROSION IN RATS

  Abstract Objective the effects of Bai Pingzi anti-inflammation concentration of IL-1 and TNF-αon cervical erosion in rats. Methods According to the anti- inflammation effect of Bai Pingzi(BP), the present research were divided into the Antipyretic group(Ⅰ), the Huoxuehuayu group(Ⅱ) and the Lishi group(Ⅲ). The phenol mucilage was employed to make the model of cervical erosion in rats. After treated for 12 days, the concentration of IL-1 and TNF-αwere measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results comparing to the groups of control, the IL-1 and TNF-α in BP group and separate components groups were significantly lower than the model group and the order was BP > II > III > I. Conclusion the immunomodulating effect of BP was better than that of separate components groups in cervical erosion in rats.

  白平子抗炎栓是我院课题组依据当地藏医民间用药经验制定的中藏药复方制剂。自1999年起用于宫颈糜烂的临床治疗,用药安全,疗效可靠[1]。为探讨白平子抗炎栓总方的药效变化、物质基础及作用机理,更好地寻求此方的配伍规律,我们将白平子抗炎栓依据功能拆方分为清热解毒组、活血化瘀组、利湿组进行拆方研究。

  1 材料与方法

  1.1 实验动物

  SD大鼠,雌性,健康状况良好,体重180g~220 g,大鼠及颗粒饲料均购自青海省地方病研究所。

  1.2 实验药物

  1.2.1 白平子抗炎栓组:黄连、老鹳草等粗粉,水煎提取3次,合并提取液;红花籽、甘松、苦杏仁用75%乙醇水浴加热回流提取3次,合并提取液,回收乙醇;将两液合并浓缩,提取浓缩液。临用时加阿拉伯树胶配成胶浆。

  1.2.2 清热解毒组:黄连、老鹳草等粗粉,水煎提取3次,合并提取液。用时加阿拉伯树胶配成胶浆。

  1.2.3 利湿组:甘松、苦杏仁等用75%乙醇水浴加热回流提取3次,合并
