镁制剂对高血脂症患者血脂水平的影响

　　摘要：目的：探讨镁制剂对高血脂症患者血脂水平的影响。方法：选择55例高血脂患者随机分为三组进行观察，Ⅰ组(对照组)18例，不用镁制剂。Ⅱ组17例，给于镁制剂静脉点滴7d。Ⅲ组20例，镁制剂静脉点滴7d后，继续口服镁制剂28d。上述三组患者均在治疗前、治疗7d、35d后，测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、脂蛋白(a)［LP(a)］。结果：治疗7d后，Ⅱ、Ⅲ组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C、LP(a)较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)，HDL-C明显增高(P<0.05)。治疗35d后，Ⅱ组患者的上述指标渐恢复至治疗前水平，而Ⅲ组患者的血脂水平仍稳定下降。结论：镁制剂能有效治疗高血脂症，但要维持疗效需长期服用。

A clinical study of magnsium on lipid level of patients with hyperlipidemia

　　Abstract：Objective：To investigate the effect of magnsium on hyperlipidemia.Method：55 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomiaed into 3 groups：group Ⅰ(n＝18)，without magnsinm for treatment；group Ⅱ(n＝17)，group Ⅲ(n＝20)，convenional treatment and magnsium intravenous infusion for 7 days，and group Ⅲcontinue to administer magnsium for 28 days.The levels of lipid were determined in all patients before and after 7 days，35 days of treatment.Result：After one week treatment，In group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ，total cholesterol (TC)，triglyceride(TG)，low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)，lipoprotein(a)［P(a)］ levels were significantly decreased (P<0.05) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) level was markedly increased (P<0.05)，However after 35 days treatment，in group Ⅱ the above indices recovered to former level and in group Ⅲ lipid levels remained decreased level.Conclusion： Long-term treatment with magnsium can get stable effects in hyperlipidemia.

　　高血脂症是导致动脉硬化的重要因素，对高血脂症预防和治疗的研究是当今医学界的热门课题。根据不同的作用机制在临床上也开发了许多防治高血脂症的药物。但应用镁治疗高脂血症，国内还未见文献报道。本文选择了37例高血脂症患者应用镁制剂进行治疗，观察治疗前后患者血脂水平的变化。
1　资料与方法
1.1　一般资料　研究对象为高血脂症住院患者55例，其中伴冠心病36例，伴高血压病28例。按性别
