莪术油注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床研究

　　【摘要】 目的：观察莪术油注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染的疗效。方法：将110例急性上呼吸道感染病人随机平均分为两组，对照组静脉滴注利巴韦林注射液，观察组静脉滴注莪术油注射液，每天一次，疗程3～5 d。结果：观察组病人咳嗽消失时间、咽痛消失时间和体温恢复正常时间均较对照组明显缩短，治愈率显著提高。结论：莪术油注射液能够有效治疗急性上呼吸道感染，可以缩短病人主要症状的持续时间。

　　急性上呼吸道感染是内科常见病，多由病毒感染引起[1]。由于目前病毒频繁变异，出现耐药现象，所以常规应用利巴韦林等抗病毒药物疗效往往好坏不一。我们给予病人静脉滴注莪术油注射液进行治疗，取得良好疗效，现报道如下。

　　1 资料与方法

　　1.1 一般资料 选择门诊就诊110例成年病人为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各55例。两组病人性别、年龄、病程及入院时主要症状及体征均无显著性差异。病例选择标准为：(1)年龄18～40岁;(2)病程≤5 d，为受凉或淋雨后起病;(3)临床表现为发热、鼻塞、流涕、咳嗽、咽充血及疼痛，个别患者有高热，伴畏寒、头痛、全身酸困、食欲减退，排除急性传染病(如麻疹、脊髓灰质炎、脑炎);(4)肺部听诊未闻及干湿性啰音，胸片或胸透排除肺炎、结核等病变;(5)实验室资料：WBC ≤12.0×109/L ,L ≥0.30。

　　1.2 治疗方法 对照组应用利巴韦林注射液、对乙酰氨基酚、溴己新等常规药物，观察组应用莪术油注射液(徐州莱恩药业有限公司，国药准字H20067076)400 mg，以5%葡萄糖注射液500 ml后静脉滴注，每天一次。

　　1.3 疗效评定[2] 痊愈：用药3 d，症状、体征、实验室检查均恢复正常;显效：用药3 d，病情明显好转，临床表现大部分消失，异常辅助检查指标接近正常;进步：用
