肝炎灵片治疗慢性肝炎的临床疗效观察 |

摘要：采取随机分组方法，用肝炎灵片治疗慢性迁延性肝炎(CPH)52 例及慢性活动性肝炎(CAH)53 例，另用云芝肝泰治疗 CPH 51 例及肝炎灵注射液肌注治疗 CAH 52 例作对照，疗程均为 3 个月。结果表明，肝炎灵片改善 CPH 患者的临床症状和降低血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT) 的疗效明显优于对照组；肝炎灵片和注射液对 CAH 患者的临床疗效差异不明显。采用肝炎灵片治疗的病例均未见明显的药物不良反应。

Clinical Efficacy of Ganyanling Tablet in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis

Abstract：A randomized controlled study was carried out in 103 cases of chronic persistent hepatitis(CPH) and 105 cases of chronic active hepatitis(CAH).Among them 52 cases of CPH and 53 cases of CAH were treated with a 3-month course of oral administration of Ganyanling tablet,and the other 51 cases of CPH treated with oral administration of Yunzhi Gantai tablet and 52 cases of CAH treated with intramuscular injection of Ganyanling served as control. The results showed that in CPH oral administration of Ganyanling was more effective than Yunzhi Gantai in improving symptoms and decreasing serum alanine transaminsase.In CAH the clinical efficacy of Ganyanling injection was better that of Ganyanling oral administration,but the difference was not significant.No side effects were found in all of the case treated with Ganyanling tablet.It is concluded that Ganyanling tablet is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic hepatitis.

在肝炎灵注射液治疗慢性肝炎具有良好疗效的基础上，江苏省常熟雷允上制药有限公司研制成肝炎灵片剂供临床试用。为此，我们对肝炎灵片进行了治疗慢性肝炎的临床疗效观察，以评价此药的疗效与安全性。
1 资料与方法
1.1 病例选择
以慢性乙型肝炎为治疗对象，临床诊断参照1990年制订的《病毒性肝炎防治方案》进行，并排除了其他可能影响肝脏或药物疗效评价的各种因素。全组共208例，其中CPH103例，CAH105例。病程[1] [2] [3] 下一页
