苍术抗腹泻和抗炎作用研究 |

摘要：目的：研究苍术的抗腹泻和抗炎作用。方法：采用常规的炎症模型和腹泻模型。结果：给小鼠ig苍术醇提物5g/kg和15g/kg，抑制二甲苯引起的耳肿、角叉菜胶引起的足跖肿胀和乙酸提高腹腔毛细血管通透性，也减少蓖麻油性腹泻和番泻叶性腹泻次数，但对小鼠墨汁胃肠推进运动无明显影响。结论：苍术具有抗腹泻和抗炎作用。抗炎是苍术抗腹泻的机理。

Study on Antidiarrheal and Anti－inflammatory Effects of Rhizoma Atractyloidis

ABSTRACT：OBJECTIVE：To study the antidiarrheal and anti－inflammatory effects of Rhizoma Atractyloidis.METHODS：Experiments were carried out in conventional mouse models of inflammation and diarrhea.RESULTS：Alcoholic extract of Rhizoma Atractyloidis,in dosages of 5g herb/kg and 15 g herb/kg ip,inhibited xylene－induced swelling of the ear,carrageeni-n－induced swelling of the planta and the increased vascular permeability induced by ip acetic acid,and reduced the frequency of purge induced by castor oil or senna,but did not inhibit the gastrointestinal propellant rate of Chinese ink.CONCLUSION：Rhizoma Atractyloidis has antidiarrheal and anti－inflammatory effects and the anti－inflammation effect contributes to the mechanism of antidiarrhea.

笔者曾经提出“抗炎是温里药温经止痛和温中止泻的共同机理”的新观点[1]，并认为这些作用是温里药共有的辛温（热）合归脾胃经药性所产生。相同性味归经的药物应具有基本相同的药效谱。苍术也具有辛温（热）合归脾胃经的药性。尽管它归为芳香化温药，根据上述理论，苍术应具有抗炎和抗腹泻作用，即温经止痛和温中止泻中医功效。现将研究结果报告如下：
1 实验材料
苍术Rhizoma Atractylodis购自陕西省药材公司南院门中药店，经我院中药所生药研究室鉴定为菊科植物北苍术Atractylodes chinensis（DC.）Koidz.的干燥根茎。将其碾碎，用75％乙醇每天热回流提取8h，共3次。提取液减压回收乙醇，在水浴上浓缩成1g生药/ml，供实验用。乙柳酰胺（ethenzamide）系陕西省医药工业研究所附属二厂产品；阿斯匹林系无锡华瑞制药有限公司产品；角叉菜胶系辽宁省药品研究所产品；伊文思蓝系上海新中化学厂产品；硫酸阿托品系上海第十制药厂产品；蓖麻油系吉林通辽油脂化工厂产品。番泻叶购自我院附属医院药房，经中药所生药研究室鉴定为狭叶番泻树Cassia angustifol:a Vahl.叶。番泻叶50g，加开水400ml煮沸5min，纱布过滤，在水浴上浓缩成1g生药/ml，供次日实验用。ICR小鼠由西安医科大学实验动物研究中心提供。
