莪黄糖肾合剂对早期糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白排泄率及内皮素1和一氧化氮的影响

【摘要】    目的 观察莪黄糖肾合剂对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)及血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)和血浆一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法 将98例早期DN患者随机分为2组,在继续降糖治疗基础上,治疗组49例给予莪黄糖肾合剂治疗,对照组49例予贝那普利片(洛汀新)治疗,观察UAER、ET-1及NO水平变化。结果 2组治疗后UAER、ET-1均明显下降(P<0.05),2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组NO水平明显下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后NO水平虽有下降,但与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 莪黄糖肾合剂可明显降低早期DN患者UAER、ET-1和NO水平,降低早期DN患者UAER的机制与其降低ET-1、NO水平有关。

  【Abstract】  Objective  To observe the effect of Ehuangtangshen composition on urinary albumen excretion rate (UAER), ET-1 and NO in patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods  98 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group and the control group. All the cases in the both groups received treatment of controlling blood glucose. The cases in treatment group (n=49) were treated with Ehuangtangshen composition and the cases in control group (n=49) were treated with Lotensin. The therapeutic course was three months in both groups. UAER, ET-1 and NO in patients were observed before and after the treatment. Results  UAER and ET-1 in two groups significantly decreased after treatment in comparison with those before treatment (P<0.05). But there was no difference between two groups after treatment (P>0.05). The level of NO in treatment group obviously decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment (P<0.05). There was no difference between before and after treatment in control group (P>0.05). Conclusion  Ehuangtangshen composition can decrease the levels of UAER, ET-1 and NO in patients with early diabetic nephrop
