  摘 要 目的:探讨NKA-I细胞在大鼠消化道的发生、发育规律及其与功能的关系。方法:应用免疫细胞化学PAP法,观察了胚胎13 d至生后90 d及成年大鼠消化道内NKA-I细胞发生及发育的变化。结果:NKA-I细胞首先见于胚胎14 d的十二指肠粘膜,早于空肠(胚胎16 d)和回肠(胚胎17 d),其阳性反应强度及细胞数量随发育而增加,30 d时与成年鼠相似;结肠粘膜内于胚胎17 d见多个细胞,但此后数量较少直至成年;胃粘膜于胚胎15 d见个别细胞外,以后无明显变化;食道壁始终未见阳性细胞。结论:推测该细胞为分泌NKA的肠道内分泌细胞;表明同一种神经肽内分泌细胞在消化道不同节段其发生不同步,且具有不同的发育规律,并与消化活动有密切的关系。

A study on the occurance and development of the neurokinin A
immunoreactive cell in rat digestive tract

  Abstract Objective: Research the occurance and development of the NKA-I cells in rat digestive tract and their relationship with its function. Methods: Adapting the immunocytochemical PAP, Systematically we observed the occurance and development of the neurokinin A immunoreactive (NKA-I) cells in rat digestive tract from the 13th day of fetus to 90th day after birth and adult ras. Results: NKA-I cells was first found in the duodenum mucose on the 14th day of fetus, earlier than in the jejunum ( 16th day ) and ileum ( 17th day ), and its Positive reaction and the number of cells increased with further development, after birth the 30th day, it became quite identical to that of adult rat; NKA-I cells were seen in the colon mucosa on the 17th day of fetus, later on the number kept decreasing till grown up stage; No change was observed in the stomach mucosa except that few cells showed up on the 15th day of fetus; No positive cell was found on the oesphagus wall. Concluslon: we could judge it is endocrine cell which produces NKA. In conclusion, a same sort of neuropeptide endocrine cells at different sectionsof digestive tract do not occur spontaneously with defferential developments which are closely related to the digestive activities.
