与飞行员不成熟防御机制相关的心理社会因素研究 |

【摘要】目的：探讨我军飞行员不成熟心理防御机制与心理健康水平、个性、生活事件、社会支持的相关性。方法：对312例飞行员进行防御方式问卷，艾森克人格问卷，症状自评量表，紧张性生活事件量表，社会支持评定量表测评。结果：飞行员不成熟防御机制各因子与躯体化症状、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性症状的绝大多数有显著相关性(r=0.14～0.46，P＜0.05或＜0.01)；与婚姻恋爱、健康、工作经济、人际关系方面发生的生活事件也有显著相关性(r=0.12～0.22，P＜0.05或＜0.01)；与社会支持因子大多有显著相关性(r=-0.12～-0.26，P＜0.05或＜0.01)；也与个性维度具有显著相关性(r=0.11～0.51，P＜0.05或＜0.01)。结论：飞行员不成熟防御机制与心理健康水平、个性、生活事件、社会支持均有显著相关性，尤以与心理健康水平、个性的相关性最为明显。

A Research on Relationship between Immature Defense Mechanisms and Psychosocial Factors in Pilots

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the relationship between the immature defense mechanisms and psychosocial factors in pilots. Method： Three hundred and twelve pilots were investigated with Defense Styles Questionnaire， Eysenck Personality Questionnaire， Symptom Check List 90， Social Support Scale， Stressful Life Events Scale. Results： Immature defense mechanisms of pilots were significantly correlated to most of the factorial scores of SCL-90 (r=0.14～0.46， p<0.05 or p<0.01)， negative life events deriving from marriage， health， economic problems and personal relationship (r=0.12～0.22， p<0.05 or p<0.01)， social support (r=-0.12～0.26， p<0.05 or p<0.01) and personality dimensions (r=0.11～0.51， p<0.05 or p<0.01). Conclusion： Immature defense mechanisms of pilots are closely related to the level of mental health， personality， life events and social support， especially the former two.

防御机制在疾病的发生发展过程中是病理心理机制，在缓解内心痛苦，减少应激时是中介机制［1］。人类疾病与应激有关，在应激与健康的关系效应中，应激源并非直接导致疾病，其中主要中介机制之一就是应付，应付的典型位置处在个体对应激的评价与应激有关的健康结果之间［2］。某一事件是否会引起个体的应激反应，一方面需考虑事件的性质、强度，更重要的是要考虑事件对个体的特殊意义以及个体的心理应付方式，认知评价作用［3］。
材料与方法
对象 被试为312名飞行员，年龄30.9±5.54岁。
