吉诺通联合特布他林治疗老年喘息型慢性支气管炎100例临床疗效观察

【摘要】  目的：观察吉诺通联合特布他林治疗老年喘息型慢性支气管炎的疗效，探讨防治本病较为有效的方法。方法：采用吉诺通联合特布他林治疗100例老年喘息型慢性支气管炎病人，并与97例施行传统疗法的对照组疗效进行比较。结果：吉诺通联合特布他林治疗老年喘息型慢性支气管炎的总有效率为96%，对照组总有效率为74.2%，两者比较有显著统计学差异。结论：吉诺通联合特布他林治疗老年喘息型慢性支气管炎病人具有比传统疗法更良好的效果，值得推广。

　　【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of combining Gelomyrtol Forte with terbutaline to treat patients with chronic bronchitis and approach to prevention and cure for a effective method. Methods:  197 patients with chronic bronchitis in acute stage were divided into two groups randomly．A group combining Gelomyrtol Forte with terbutaline treat 100 patients with chronic bronchitis, comparing the control group to perform tradition therapeusis. Results:  Gelomyrtol Forte associated with terbutaline compared with control group  could improve pulmonary ventilation function strikingly.Gelomyrtol Forte associated with terbutaline have been 96% in total effective rate,the control group for 74.2%,so have been distinction strikingly in statistics. Conclusion:  Combing Gelomyrtol Forte with terbutaline could make more better effectiveness than the tradition therapeusis in chronic bronchitis and could make pulmonary ventilation function improve，postpone patient S condition to develop, to be worth generalization.

　　老年喘息型慢性支气管炎是严重威胁老年人健康的疾病，其病因复杂、症状重、病程长，而且治疗难度大。如何进行有效地治疗和预防本病是改善老年人生活质量的关键。作者采用吉诺通联合特布他林治疗了100例老年喘息型慢性支气管炎病人，取得了良好的效果，现报道如下。

　　1  资料与方法

　　1.1  一般资料  本研究选用2001年1月至2004年12月门诊和住院部的197例老年喘息型慢性支气管炎病人，所有病例的确诊符合《慢性阻塞性肺病诊治规范》的诊断标准[1]。将病例随机分为A、B两组，两组临床表现、体征相似(P＞0.05)，具有可比性（见表1）。
