增殖细胞核抗原在子宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达 |

摘要 目的 了解正常子宫颈鳞状上皮细胞及癌细胞的增殖活性，判断增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)与宫颈鳞癌生物学行为及预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SP法，检测PCNA在52例宫颈鳞癌，5例宫颈非典型性增生及8例正常宫颈组织中PCNA的表达。结果 宫颈鳞癌PCNA强阳性表达率为44.29%，明显高于正常宫颈的0%，差异有显著性(P＜0.05)。其免疫反应产物定位于细胞核。宫颈鳞癌中阳性细胞分布不均，癌巢周边及前缘浸润细胞阳性率高，癌巢中央表达极低；分化差的肿瘤，癌旁增生严重，周围淋巴细胞及淋巴滤泡生发中心均有阳性表达。非典型增生的宫颈组织中，阳性细胞分布有规律，大多在基底层，部分达棘细胞层。正常宫颈组织着色仅限于基底细胞。PCNA在宫颈鳞癌组织中的强阳性表达随病理分级的增高而明显提高，差异具有显著性(P＜0.05)。宫颈鳞癌临床分期越晚，PCNA强阳性表达率越高，但未显示统计学差异(P＞0.05)。结论 PCNA是反映子宫颈鳞癌生物学行为的重要指标之一。

Expression of Proliferative Cell Nuclear Antigen in Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Cervix

Abstract Objective To study the activity of proliferative cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in normal cervical squamous cells and cervical carcinoma cells and to eveluate the relationship between PCNA expression and the biological behavior of cervical squamous cell cancer.Methods The expression of PCNA in 58 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma,5 atypical cervical dysplasia and 8 samples of normal cervix were studied by immunohistochemical techniques.Results Strong positive staining rate in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was 44.2%,significantly higher than that of the normal cervix(0%) (P＜0.05).The immunoprecipitiation product of PCNA was located in nucleus, whereas distribution of positive cells in cervical squamous cell cancer was uneven.On the periphery of cancer nest and the frontier of invasive tumor,the positive staining rate was high.Serious hyperplasia in regions adjacent to cancers was shown by positive lymphocytes and lymphofollicles in poorly differentiated cancers.In atypical cervical dysplasia,positive cells were mainly distributed in basal layer and partly in prickle-cell layer;while in normal cervix they were limited in basal layer.Strong positive expression of [1] [2] 下一页
